Don Gilmore, community and affordable housing advocate, has built Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC) from an all-volunteer organization to more than 40 staff with 4 core programs serving the San Francisco Bay Area. A Harvard Achieving Excellence & College of Idaho graduate, Don has served on boards such as East Bay Housing Organization, National Center for Employment Training, and the Center for Health of N. Richmond.
